Gregory Scott Reeves (born May 16, 1966) is an American actor and country music singer best known for his portrayals of Ryan McNeil on The Young and the Restless and Dr. Steven Webber on General Hospital.


In 1988, Reeves made his daytime television debut in the short-lived role of Jack Hogansen on the NBC daytime soap opera Days of Our Lives, exiting the series by years' end.

In May 1991, Reeves made his debut on the CBS daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless in the role of Ryan McNeil. During his time on the series, his character would form two popular relationships with characters Nina Webster (portrayed by Tricia Cast) and Victoria Newman (then portrayed by Heather Tom), as well as a friendship with Neil Winters (portrayed by Kristoff St. John). On November 27, 2001, Reeves exited the series after his character was shot to death by a mentally unbalanced Tricia Dennison (portrayed by Sabryn Genet).

In December 2009, Reeves debuted in the role of Dr. Steven Webber on the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital, the third such actor to hold the role. Initially a recurring cast member, Reeves was upgraded to contract status in February 2010. As Steven, Reeves has been paired on-screen with Olivia Falconeri (portrayed by Lisa LoCicero).
